Hotel and staff were lovely.

The biggest issue was that the property was almost impossible to find. The accommodation was advertised as Atelier, but it is actually known locally as Banyan Tree Pavilion. None of the taxi drivers recognised the name listed on the booking, and as a result we spent a significant amount of money on taxis trying to locate it. We also had to walk around in heavy rain with our luggage for a long time before eventually finding someone who informed us that the property had changed its name. This information should have been clearly communicated before our arrival or updated on the Booking.com listing. This caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and additional transport costs that could have been avoided with accurate information. I believe the listing should be corrected immediately to prevent other guests from experiencing the same problem.

Well after long day ,I need to use swimming pool to chill or sauna or steam room .Non of this is working without no notice before and on hotel room where most hotel does that .Can you imagine if the family bringing thd kids to the hotel wgat they expect pool.
