This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa bed, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony to enjoy morning coffee and a beautiful view.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
The bedroom has a king-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The 10th arrondissement seduces as much by its lively and colorful side as by its historical heritage. Indeed, one reaches these places through the famous Porte Saint-Denis, a triumphal arch with sumptuous bas-reliefs built in 1672 to the glory of the Sun King, Louis XIV. As you stroll through the district streets, you will discover a lively, trendy, and cosmopolitan atmosphere. You will be able to enjoy all the bars, restaurants, and quays that make it one of the most dynamic districts of Paris, especially the rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis.
Various picturesque passages also line the street, such as the Prado passage, the passage of Industry, the Reilhac passage, or the passage of Desire. If you want to discover the city differently, tour the Brady Passage to take advantage of the many Indian and Pakistani signs. Don't miss also the unusual view of the most miniature house in Paris, at n°39 rue du Château d'Eau. The apartment is situated in a great area with good internet and responsive communication from the host. However, there are significant drawbacks. The apartment is on the fifth floor, and there is no elevator, making it difficult to access, especially with luggage. This should be clearly listed before booking. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the property was not up to standard, and it lacked sufficient house supplies such as paper products. While there are positives, these issues impacted our overall experience..
