Brand new, pet, baby friendly home with a 1+ fenced-in acre lawn, is a 2-minute drive to the Cove at Lake Anna (restaurant + bar with live music in the summer), and my private boat slip. It offers an office, fire pit, and deck (grill), along with games such as ping pong, foosball, and corn hole, ideal for any family getaway, couple’s retreat, or time with friends. Have a cookout and utilize the fire pit; rent a boat or go swimming; or reserve time to have the much needed tranquil space to work. All new, Smart TV's.

All bedrooms are on the top floor; three rooms have king size beds, one has two queen beds, and both bathrooms have double vanities. Super nice, cozy house! Everything was new, top of the line quality. The private, fenced in yard was throughly enjoyed by my pup and the office with beautiful window was used daily as this was a working vacation for me.

Property was super nice. House was gorgeous and honestly nicer than the photos make it look too! Short drive or 20 minute walk to the swimming beach and boat lunch was a major plus.

We really did enjoy our stay at this property. The property was very well stocked with everything we needed. All of the amenities were as written in the listing. I would definitely stay at this property again.
