About this villa rental
Nestled between the provinces of Florence and Siena, in the centre of Tuscany, is the independent villa Villa Anea, which is enveloped in the countryside and boasts a breathtaking view of the village of Fabbrica. The Villa Anea has a private seasonal outdoor swimming pool (12 x 6 m, 1.40 m deep) with sunbeds and umbrellas, and it is surrounded by a sizable garden with a barbecue area. There is parking close to the building.
The villa has air conditioning and an eco-friendly pellet boiler for heating, both of which were installed recently with the goal of promoting environmentally friendly innovation. There is also free WiFi internet access available.
The result of a meticulous renovation that kept the materials and historic structures intact, including the stable on the ground floor with the manger that now houses a large hall suitable for meetings and receptions, up to 50 people, and the distinctive still-functioning fireplace at the entrance, overlooking the lawn, the space is furnished with exposed oak beams, terracotta floors, and rustic Tuscan furniture. There is a sizable outdoor space with a pergola and loggia in front of the villa's main entrance. There is also a covered dining area and a BBQ area.
On the second floor accessible by wooden staircase, large study which can be used as a bedroom with two single beds.
