Our house, Seute Deern, was built in 1912 in the spa architecture styleand was first modernized in 1994/95. In 2017, we completely renovated and modernized the building. This created vacation apartments of various sizes, totaling 340 square meters, furnished in a modern style in keeping with the spirit of the times. The house is located near the center of the seaside resort of Trassenheide on a 1,600-square-meter lot. The property includes a parking space, a small children’s playground, a solid-wood grill and smoker, as well as ample seating and lounging areas surrounded by greenery. In the outbuilding, you’ll find a washing machine, a dryer, and an ironing board. Our wide, gently sloping sandy beach on the Baltic Sea is a 15- to 20-minute walk away through the coastal forest. We’re happy to lend you a small handcart to make the short walk to the beach (1,200 meters) easier. The supermarket, which includes a bakery and butcher shop, is just a two-minute walk away. Nearby are two horseback riding stables and the BernsteinTherme (Zinnowitz). The seaside resort of Trassenheide features, among other things, a rehabilitation clinic, a variety of good restaurants, the Kinderland, Germany’s largest butterfly farm, the “Haus auf dem Kopf,” and the Wildlife Exhibition. Our island offers everything you could wish for—from scenery, bike paths, museums, culture, and folk art—to nourish your soul and ensure an active and relaxing vacation.
