The Primary bedroom has a large En Suite with separate garden tub, walk-in shower and a walk-in closet as well.
Living Area: A gas fireplace and 65" Samsung Smart TV make the living area a lovely place to relax. The comfortable sectional makes conversing a breeze and the stone and wood accents will remind you that this is Central Oregon - haven of the outdoors.
Dining: A beautiful wood butterfly-style table with 6 chairs and a short bench makes sure everyone has a seat. There's even more space with 4 seats at the island.
Kitchen: Gorgeous cabinets, a tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances and gas range make the kitchen everything you need it to be!
Laundry: Off the kitchen towards the garage is the laundry room with a commercial washer and dryer. Go out and get dirty because laundry is easily handled.
Bedroom 1: The first bedroom has a Queen Bed with 2 nightstands
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom also has a Queen bed and 2 nightstands
Bedroom 3: The third bedroom houses a Pyramid bunk (Twin over full) and a wonderfully oversized Bean Bag
Hall Bath: The hall bath is a full bath with shower/tub combo
Primary Bedroom: At the back of the home is the Primary bedroom with large En Suite. The En suite includes a garden tub, walk-in shower and walk-in closet. The bedroom has a King Bed and two nightstands plus access to the Hot Tub.
Outdoors: Off the Dining, though the sliding glass door, is a deck and large paver patio with Hot Tub. The Primary Bedroom has a door leading right to it. This home is quiet and private with easy access to everything outdoors! At the back of the backyard is a gate that leads out into National Forest with trails for exploring!
Pet Policy: This is a NO PET home. Any sign of pets being at the home can result in eviction and/or extra post-stay charges.
Please note the home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood and we have the utmost respect for our neighbors. Loud or rowdy groups will not be tolerated. Thank you for your understanding.

As a disclosure, there are exterior cameras for the dangers of theft or vandalism. There are no cameras inside the house.
As this home is outside of Sunriver proper, access to Sunriver's SHARC water park is by General Admission only.

After you book a reservation, as a security measure for you and our owners, we will be sending you a Verification Request via our partner, Guest Ranger. Please complete it as soon as possible so we can verify your stay. If we cannot verify your stay, we may cancel your reservation.

Any time you book with us, but not on our site, for simplicity's sake, we have combined all fees into a single group. That group can include Cleaning, Resort Fee, Card Processing, and Hot Tub maintenance (all when applicable). The Service Fee is the booking site's fee, not ours.
