Lots of room, great bathrooms, fantastic decks, kayaks and paddle boat used on the river. Also enjoyed ping pong table, foosball table, and board games. Unbelievable location on the Spring River with access to Deschutes, close to Sunriver and Bend. WiFi was excellent. Will stay again.

The cabin is a big house and can sleep many. The kids loved the games, ping pong table, and foosball . Beautiful view with Spring creek just a few steps from the house. Location is great and peaceful!

We loved the location of this house and it was big enough for all of us- the downstairs is great for kids and clean and roomy-
The kitchen has very outdated stove that almost caused a fire -3 people came to check it and the electrician said it was unsafe to use- the burners would get so hot you could not cook on them. The oven would shut itself off unexpectedly- the chargers got so hot if in wall to long we had to take them out of the sockets. the circuit breakers would go off and when we needed to reset them a flash of electricity would spark up.Neither of the ice machines in the refrigerator worked and we had to buy ice or make it - it was 90 degrees so we used a lot of ice. The bar-b-que flavor bars were collapsed and corroded so my son who lived near by brought his for us to use. The huge deck had one small table on it and 4 chairs- the neighbors on both sides had beautiful patio furniture and umbrellas as the sun beats down on the deck a good part of the day- my son also brought us his chairs and a camp table to use. The rugs upstairs were filthy and the bathrooms have shag carpeting in them-there was no extra linens for the beds. There was tons of blankets and pillows but no pillow cases or sheets to use with them. I feel we should get money back for all the inconvenience we encountered. all in all we decided to enjoy our vacation and work around the lack of amenities.being on the river was wonderful and luckily my son provided us with canoes - standup boards and a kayak so we could paddle to the deschuttes which was fun. There were no boats or bikes provided. I am going to fight to get money back as I feel the price was way over what should have been charged with all the problems we had. One last thing ther
