Bedrooms 2 and 3 each offer a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom features a twin bunk bed and a full bunk bed. A guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo and an additional half bathroom ensures everyone has plenty of space to refresh. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - This home is located in the River Meadows local Homeowners Association (HOA). This is a residential neighborhood with full-time residents and quiet hours from 10 pm - 7 am. Excessive noise complaints from the neighbors may result in fines or guests being asked to leave. - The property and River Meadows HOA are non-smoking. Parking Details: - 2 parking spaces available in the garage - Up to 4 parking spaces available in the driveway - No street parking - Per HOA rules, no campers, RVs, or boats can be parked in the driveway or the street This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / Queen bed w/ ensuite Bedroom 2 / Queen bed Bedroom 3 / Queen bed Bedroom 4 / Twin over twin bunk bed, Full over full bunk bed --- Please note that the State of Oregon requires everyone over the age of 12 to wear face masks in indoor public spaces, including any communal facilities belonging to the Home Owner's Association that may be located near your home. We ask that you abide by these rules. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
