The Kos House is an amazing property. The house is clean, very well appointed and is decorated beautifully. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, BBQ, fire pit and game room! Unfortunately it was extremely warm during our stay, so A/C would have been nice, but most rooms have ceiling fans and they provide additional floor fans which definitely helped! I also really appreciated Megan and Josh's attention to detail by tastefully incorporating The Kos House logo throughout the home. Very nice touch!
The house is conveniently located near the Village at Sunriver, restaurants and the Deschutes River, which is a huge draw during the summer months. Bend is a short 15-20 minute drive which is nice too.
Megan and Josh are excellent hosts! They were quick to respond to questions before and even during our stay. They made the check in/out process extremely easy and they were eager to do anything they could to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. I cant wait to bring my family back to The Kos House again for another memorable vacation!
