which is hard to find in Sunriver proper. Clean and reasonably well equipped; the water filtration was much appreciated considering the local water. Is close enough to Sunriver to visit others there in our extended wedding party but also close to open National Forest for hiking the dogs.
Will definitely stay there again when we are in town.

The owners are amazing and went above and beyond for my family. The house was clean and was perfect for our family of 5. It even had a crib for our youngest! This house is very kid friendly which was perfect for us. We really loved that it was in a quiet neighborhood. The hot tub worked great and the fire pit was beautiful! I highly recommend this property for a nice getaway.

We were all so excited to stay in Sun River.
Our group consisted of myself, my brother, sister in law, daughter, niece, and two grandkids.
The house was spacious and clean, set up nicely for families with many toys and a nice large fully fenced yard for the two dogs we brought. The beds were very comfortable.
Issues with the sprinklers started when we arrived the first night at around 6pm. The large rotating sprinkler covered the driveway and the stairs/porch to the front door. These areas were impossible to access without either getting drenched or turning the sprinkler off while we brought our things inside. My daughter with the grandkids was there first and turned the sprinkler off so we could unload. My daughter immediately received a message from the owner stating that ‘her neighbor told her that the sprinkler was turned off and to turn it back on immediately, as a guest in the past had wrecked her lawn by turning the sprinkler off’. So there was no thought of it being hard for guests to bring their things in. Also, a neighbor was watching us that closely? Ick.
Anyway we all got there and everything was great. There weren’t any unbreakable plates for the kids, they broke two plates, which we reported and paid for. We went and bought our own plastic plates for them after this.
