▶ Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book a stay at this property. By proceeding with the booking, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
▶ To avoid insects and mold, please keep all windows and doors closed. Leaving them open while the AC is on could result in a fee up to $500. For your comfort, we recommend setting the AC between 72-83°F.
▶ This house is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).
▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.
▶ We are happy to accommodate small to medium-sized pets (20–50 lbs, 15–20 inches tall). This guideline helps us maintain cleanliness and protect the condition of the property. A non-refundable pet fee of $125 per pet per stay applies only if noted at booking. If not, we’ll request the fee manually. Pets outside the size range or undeclared may incur a $250 fine.
▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
▶ No smoking of any substance is permitted in the unit. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a $250 fee, and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.
▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.
▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the apartment is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.
▶ Trash collection is scheduled for Sunday evenings, while bulk waste pickup occurs on Wednesdays. If your stay overlaps with these days, we kindly ask that you place the trash bins at the end of the driveway after 6 pm on Sunday and bulk items out on Wednesday night. Once the collections have been made, please return the bins to their original location by the end of the evening.
▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.

We have 15 wonderful days in this house. It has everything you can expect to enjoy a truly relaxing time. The outdoor area is amazing, and everything is in perfect conditions and very clean. The kitchen has everything you need. It’s truly a peaceful spot. The pictures correspond exactly to how the house is. Me and my family recommend to book this house without hesitation as Irina is super supportive and the house is comfy, clean and nice.

My family had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Delray Beach rental! We were immediately struck by how clean and spacious the house was - plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. The host truly thought of everything, providing an abundance of soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and there were plenty of cozy throw blankets for everyone's convenience. The very clean pool was a major highlight, especially for our son! He was absolutely thrilled with the large assortment of pool toys and floats available and spent hours happily splashing around. The comfortable poolside loungers were perfect for the adults to relax and soak up the Florida sunshine while keeping an eye on him. The location was truly the best of both worlds: peaceful & secluded, yet just moments away from everything we needed. Delicious food, charming coffee shops/bakeries were all within easy reach, and the vibrant atmosphere of Atlantic Avenue was also close by. The very short drive to beach was a huge plus, and we loved how clean it was with easy parking. The availability of sun loungers and umbrellas for rent made our beach days absolutely perfect.The host was friendly, professional, and helpful. While we didn't need anything during our stay, it was reassuring knowing they were readily available if needed.We vacation every summer, and we can honestly say this was one of our best experiences. We absolutely can't wait to return and will definitely be booking again! We highly recommend!
