CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Based on availability, you can check in as early as 1:00 pm for a $75 fee and check out as late as 1:00 pm for the same amount.
PETS: We’re happy to host your lovely pet. We can accept up to one pet weighing up to 40 lbs., for a $300 fee and a $200 security deposit. Pets must be house-trained and are not allowed on furnishings and beds (a $100 fee will be applied if a lot of pet hair is found on furnishings). We also ask you to crate your pet when left alone in the house. Please share your pet’s breed and weight information prior to booking so we can provide written approval.
Please note: Any sign of pet damage will result in an appropriate fee for the damage at hand. A $200 fee will be applied for unattended pet waste.
NO SHOES POLICY: We greatly appreciate you taking off your shoes while in the house so we can preserve the rugs and floors.
POOL SERVICE: The pool is serviced on a weekly basis. This may occur during your stay. This means someone will be in the backyard for approximately 30 minutes while they clean it.
LAWN & LANDSCAPING: The lawn and landscaping is maintained bi-weekly. While I do my best to have this serviced between guests, it is not always an option.
SECURITY: To help secure the home for you and your guests, we have ADT home alarm, 2 cameras for the front and back yard.
NO SMOKING is permitted. Cigarette butts may not be discarded on the premises. There will be a $150 fee for smoking on the premises.
PARKING: The driveway has space for 5 vehicles. Please do not park on neighbor’s Lawn.
THE FIRST HOUSE RULE: You will not hold parties of any kind on the property. No extra guests without approval. Please register the EXACT number of guests for your stay.
There will be an extra guest fee of $50 per night for unaccounted guests. No outdoor loud music from 10PM to 8 AM. For partying and disrupting the neighbors there will be a $1,000 Fine.

We were a group of 12 and had an awesome stay here in Delray. Amenities were great including pool and grill! Would totally return again for another long weekend or more!

The biggest disappointment was the uninviting outdoor space.The corner location is on one of the busiest north/south Avenues in Delray Beach and was separated from the outdoor pool area by a unsightly, termite damaged, weather beaten wooden fence. It is very noisy from constant truck, bus & car road traffic. A distraction we didn’t appreciate were the rats & iguanas often seen in the outdoor patio/pool area, in trees & on the roof. We enjoy a quiet, calming environment for reading and reflection, this rental didn’t offer that. Cleaning up excrement from the iguanas wasn’t an enjoyable experience and seeing rats and bait boxes at each end of the pool didn’t offer much comfort either. The mulch from surrounding garden beds, and hundreds of decaying figs and dried fig leaves that fall off the tree, required daily cleaning of the pool and patio. The rental property however, presented more challenges and greater tolerance than we expected for a house priced over $600 night for a one month stay, off season. The 70 year old, renovated house was clean. In spots it shows its age and has its quality issues. We’ve rented other homes in Delray at the same price point that offer a much more inviting outdoor space, quieter neighborhood and higher quality furnishings including entertainment systems and cable (not streaming only) TV. Also tubs were unusable due to clogged drains. Handyman used a liquid causing pungent odor for many hours and problem was never resolved during our stay.
