Tastefully decorated, the living room is outfitted with a *Smart TV, large sofa, loveseat, and a sofa chair, providing all the space and comfort you need to gather friends and family.
Spacious and modern, the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and all the essential cookware. The amount of counter space and abundant natural light will make cooking at home smooth and pleasant.
Adjacent, you will find a charming dining room, outfitted with a dining table that seats up to eight people, and a ceiling fan. Surrounded by windows leading to the vast screened porch in the back, this room is very bright and breezy.
This home has 3 bedrooms, including a master suite that features a king-size bed with luxurious linens, Smart TV, large closets for storage, a ceiling fan, and access to the backyard through lovely French doors. It also has its own bathroom, fully equipped with a double-sink vanity and a shower.
The two other bedrooms have a king-size and a queen-size bed, plush linens and pillows, closet space, ceiling fans, Smart TVs, and multiple windows for natural light.
There are two more bathrooms in this house, one with a tub/shower combination, and the other one with a shower.
In addition to the large and cozy screened porch that is outfitted with lounge sofas and a coffee table, Marlow House has an amazing fully fenced backyard, complete with a beautiful and lush tropical landscape. PARKING: Driveway space for 2 cars and free street parking. There is no garage access.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 11 AM.
POOL: Complimentary pool heating to 84 degrees during peak season (Jan - Mar). Settings to warmer temperature (87 degrees) is available upon request at a fee of $50 p/day with a 3 day minimum and $500 Maximum. No pool heating fees will be assessed for reservations of 30 days or more.
DISCLAIMER: NO events or gatherings, including bachelorette/ bachelor parties, weddings, baby showers, or birthdays. Pool heating fee is $50/day with a 3-day minimum. Dogs under 30LBS are welcome with an added pet fee. Please let us know the breed and weight when inquiring about a pet. We had an amazing long mom’s weekend at Marlow House. The property was very clean and incredibly well stocked. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to stay in a quiet place within walking distance from all that Delray Beach has to offer. It was just a short walk to Atlantic Ave and Pineapple Grove. From the linens on the beds to the sweet welcome basket we received, everything was perfect. The back yard was very private with a nice heated pool and hot tub that we took advantage of as well as a fire pit/ solo stove for evening fires. The neighbor was so kind and the communication with the property manager was excellent as she was very quick to respond to questions and checked in throughout our stay. Overall, a fantastic getaway and we will definitely be back!

The house was just as it is depicted in the website photos. We made ourselves at home immediately and felt right at home! We spent a lot of time in the pool + hot tub and we also ate all of our dinners on the Lanai and loved the big table and the ceiling fan, and were pleases that it was screened in and kept the bugs outside. We liked all of the immunities offered to make the stay comfortable like soft soap, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, and all of the typical kitchen + bathroom paper and plastic items we take for granted in our own homes. All of the kitchen appliances worked great and we appreciated the nice pots/pans/dishes and silverware that were available - it made life so much easier. The neighborhood area is very nice and quiet and the neighbors were nice to us when we met them on the street. Bottom line - all of my expectations were either met or exceeded and I will stay here again, given the chance. Thanks to the Marlow House Team for making our Family Gathering a huge success! P.S. Thank you for the amazing welcome gift basket -- we loved it!
