Two putting greens — unique in the portfolio and unique in downtown Delray — sit alongside a heated pool, a tiki hut with full bar, seating, dining table, and Smart TV, cornhole, and oversized Connect Four. The marble patio is private, fully fenced, and catches full sun all day. String lights and the tiki hut glow make the evening feel completely different from the afternoon.
The heated pool is clean, warm year-round, and professionally maintained. The marble patio surrounding it catches full sun all day — guests have used the pool morning, afternoon, and evening. Pool floats included.
A fully stocked bar cart with martini and wine glasses is ready when you arrive. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers are included.

LED mirrors in the bathrooms, beautiful art on the walls, a large leather sectional, and details throughout that guests say stop them in their tracks. One guest said they were in awe with every turn.
