Had a great time with the family at Even Tide! Would definitely stay here again. Plenty of room for our crew of 9, ages 5-71. Breakfast is always important for us as a family. Mae Mae and Papa love to feed our crew and the kitchen helped accomplish this task. The pool is more for adults than children, but we made it thru the week.

The house is brand new, & very pretty, however we were some of the first guests to stay in it and several things were broken/not working properly upon check in. The maintenance people with Prickett Propertys were nice and responsive with any issues it was just was frustrating having to have maintenance over to the house every day, sometimes twice a day for the first week of our 2 week vacation. The washer and dryer wouldn't work, 2 parts got replaced, several people came out to look at it, finally after about the 10th time and a week into our trip that was working. The lounge chairs by the pool were broken and unuseable, and we kept being told we'd get new ones, which we eventually did also about 6 days into our trip. Once we finally got what seemed like most things fixed (there was others) we could finally enjoy the beautiful house. BUT sleeping and relaxing was another issue. The beds SUCKED, and there was construction going on, on both sides of this house. So at 6am you will hear drilling, sawing, concrete trucks, loud music playing by the workers etc. On top of that there was a cheerleading camp going on in the back yard the whole 2 weeks we were there, from sun up to sun down we heard cheers. They are LOUD and there is a TON of them. The Beach Club resort is nice its just far away from everything, there is a dollar general and a quick stop close else is about 20 miles away. If you dont mind to drive to places then you won't mind. Beautiful wildlife and walking trails.
