This is The Beach Club - Avalon 901,a luxury 4 bedroom/4 bath with built in bunks, Gulf Front Condominium, on the 9th floor of the Avalon tower! This property offers an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico & a pristine coastline of sugar white sand beach. This magnificent gem is located on the Fort Morgan Peninsula, a narrow, one mile, strip of land offering a natural beach with wildlife, incredible views, and a destination away from city streets. You are encouraged to view the locator map.
Upon entry, you will walk past 3 well-appointed guest rooms and a set of built in bunks. The two guest rooms have balcony access and incredible views! Sunrises are especially gorgeous with an unobstructed view of 25 miles including Gulf Shores in the distance, the Gulf of Mexico and views all the way down the coastline.
The master bedroom is very spacious with a sitting area. You also have your own private door to the lanai. The sunset comes through the west window overlooking the pool and well-maintained grounds of the Beach Club. The master bathroom includes a jacuzzi tub for two, a travertine shower with two heads and controls, two sinks, television, and walk in master closet.
The beds are made with white linen and bath linens are supplied. A set of white linen is supplied for the sofa sleeper, also. There is a full size washer and dryer inside the condo for your convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer & cookware. Only a "One Day Supply" of toiletries/detergents/disposables for the kitchen & bathrooms provided.
The bedding arrangement is King master bedroom and 3 King guest bedrooms, a set of built-in bunks.. The large master bedroom adjoins the balcony with a direct Gulf View and has a walk-in closet. Two King guest bedrooms adjoins a balcony with a view of the coastline & Mobile Bay. The sofa sleeper will accommodate 2 people.
CLUBHOUSE & AMENITIES:
Without any additional charges, you will have access to the pool and hot tub at the foot of the tower, three boardwalks to the beach, a playground, basketball courts, and charcoal grills . You may patron the fine casual dining restaurant/bar and the salon, located in The Clubhouse and the sports bar and grill, coffee and ice cream shops, souvenir and beach gear shops located near the entry of the resort. Seasonally, you may rent lounges with umbrellas on the beach, rent bicycles & kayaks. The beach attendant will greet you and arrange the payment.
The owner of this condo is a member of the Clubhouse, so you will have access to the "Private" amenities, too, by paying a daily fee of approx $56.00 at The Clubhouse desk in person for the days you choose, if any. The daily fee varies, depending on the number of days used and size of the condo, but it covers your entire party for that day! The "Private" amenities include a seasonally heated beach side community outdoor pool with a tiki bar and grill, an indoor pool and a fitness center with Gulf Views, a game room, luxurious locker rooms with showers and a sauna, children's activities, and access to the tennis courts.

The condo is beautifully decorated and has the best stocked kitchen of any condo we have ever stayed in. The layout of the bedrooms was perfect for our family of 10. Our grandboys loved the bunkbeds and having room for our grandgirls next to their parents was amazing. Having two options for seating was also great! While the children were watching TV or playing their video games, we could sit with them in the same room but still have our own "area". Thank you for a lovely stay! We hope to return to Avalon 0901 in the future!!

The space fit our family well. The Beach Club is lovely and well kept. There was a water problem in our tower but it was handled quickly. The pool was cloudy. Our unit could’ve used some new cooking pots and pans. They were very scratched and food stuck. We would choose it again.

Two families shared this rental. Good size kitchen, plenty of places to sit and eat, and a huge TV perfect for watching football over the Thanksgiving weekend. The master bedroom is massive! You could easily fit a pack-n-play or air mattress if you had a little one with you. We loved the table and chairs on the balcony as well. We would certain stay in this unit again.
