Welcome to Beach Club Cottage 12, a stunning 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath retreat that comfortably sleeps 13 guests. This retreat is perfect for families and groups seeking a blend of luxury and comfort by the Gulf at The Beach Club Resort.
The spacious family room features a brand-new 75-inch smart TV, perfect for keeping everyone entertained between activities. On chilly nights, turn on the electric fireplace or relax in your very own private hot tub. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a special meal or enjoy your first amazing cup of morning coffee. A dining table provides ample seating, while stainless steel appliances, a new refrigerator, and a wine cooler ensure plenty of space for all your essentials.
The first primary bedroom offers a king bed, a spacious closet, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a luxurious jacuzzi tub and a tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk, while the fourth bedroom is designed with two twin-over-full bunks, making it the perfect space for kids or additional guests.

The Beach Club is Alabama’s premier destination Resort and Spa, set on 86 scenic acres with 24-hour security and a quarter-mile of pristine Gulf frontage. At the heart of the resort is the Gulf-front Clubhouse, a 26,000-square-foot hub offering a wealth of amenities. Including a full-service Spa and Salon, a heated indoor pool, an outdoor pool (heated during spring break), a kiddie pool, a Fitness Center, a Game Room, Locker Rooms, a steam room, and a sauna. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

It was nice, but the hot tub did not work.

Check in was simple. We received an email and a code for the door. That was it! So easy. The cottage was exactly as described. Kitchen had dishes for 12, great pots and knives for cooking and even had 2 stock pots and an InstaPot!

Very spacious home!! Loved the layout, plenty of room, great kitchen amenities and so glad to have a washer/dryer! We had 13 in our group, perfect size for the number of rooms and beds available. Host was VERY responsive to our messages/questions/ concerns. Biggest downside was how uncomfortable the beds were, especially the King rooms. Sleeping on the floor was more comfortable. Some doors did not have locks. Also, with traveling 17 hours to this destination, and for the cost, would have expected more essentials to be supplied...toilet paper, hand soap, dish cloths, etc. Shouldn't have to supply those things for the price when it sleeps 13...should be able to sustain 13 guests. Beautiful patio area and loved the ability to walk to the pools and beach.
