We had 6 adults and 2 children with plenty of room. Disappointed there were no chest o drawers available in the downstairs Queen room, upstairs twin room and the bunk bed room. We used the linen closet upstairs to put our clothes in.
Floors were filthy, my grand children had black dirty feet after 30 minutes of running around barefoot. House keeping came quickly the next day and triple moped the floor and maintenance fixed the rickety chairs as well. Just disappointing when I had to stay behind and miss part of my vacation. White couches are gray and in need of a good cleaning. Kitchen is nicely stocked with equipment. Stove could use a good cleaning ( gas flames are struggling)
Heads up there is NOT a playground here. It was taken out 3 years ago.
If you have little kids you will want to drive to the beach parking lot. We did use the free pool and hot tub. Bring a wagon to haul your stuff to the beach. Long walk on the boardwalk to get to the beach.
Ate at Sassy Bass for all you can eat crab legs on Mondays delicious with the best waiters! Also ate at Tacky Jacks2 as well as Lamberts in Foley (30 minute drive)

Check-in was quick and easy. Beautiful new house. Check-out was easy as well, we were not required to do a bunch of cleanup (we left it clean anyways)

The house advertises as able to sleep 16 people. The size of the house is adequate, but there are only 16 towels, 16 plates/cups, etc. The kitchen has enough cookware for one family but we couldn’t cook multiple things at the same time and had to wash dishes after every meal. The house was a bit dirty too, which we reported at check in. Couch has stains, bedding had what appeared to be blood stains, and the kitchen had cracks at the top of the cabinets and the wood on the edge of the island kept falling off. It’s hard to keep the house cool during the day with 16 people. With a smaller group it would have probably been fine. The location was nice because you could walk to the beach pretty easily, but the patio/backyard is treacherous if you have young kids. It’s a steep drop off into a marshy area. Lastly, the house comes with 2 parking passes and you can purchase 2 more for a fee. With 16 people driving from various areas we had 5 cars, so again not ideal if you have a large group. We would definitely come back and stay at this same resort area because it’s very nice and family friendly, but not at this particular house. Shout out to the maintenance team though. Batteries were missing from the TV remotes when we arrived and he came out first thing the next morning to bring us some!
