Located just steps from a sandy boardwalk to the beach and a few houses from one of two sparkling community pools, this cheerful, pet-friendly home offers a relaxing escape where the whole family — including your pets — can unwind together.

Spread out across two spacious levels, Sunshine was designed for comfort, connection, and coastal living.
Main Floor:
Open-concept living area bathed in natural light from tall windows and double glass doors
Cozy seating area and a large dining table perfect for sharing meals or late-night board games
Well-equipped kitchen for everything from pancake breakfasts to sunset charcuterie boards
King bedroom and a fun bunk room with two twin-over-full bunk beds — ideal for kids or extra guests
Full bath and a sleeper sofa for added flexibility
Second Floor:
Three inviting king bedrooms — one with a private bath and two with balcony access
An additional full hall bath for shared convenience
Outdoor Living:
Relax on the decks in classic Adirondack chairs or gather around the table for an outdoor meal
Rinse off the sand in the private outdoor shower and enjoy a casual picnic at the full-size table below

One of the best and easiest rentals I’ve had...Gail and Greg were wonderful....super responsive...easy check in and out...house was clean and comfortable... best stocked kitchen ever! Location was great.... Close to boardwalk to beach and just around the corner from one of the pools....thoroughly enjoyed our time there....would definitely rent again!

Morgantown is beautiful and convenient to the beach, just steps away. It’s quiet and untouched and the sand is powdery!
The house is nice and kitchen well furnished with great water pressure. But the walls are super thin and the air conditioning does not work properly, especially on the main level. It never kept the 72 degrees even with all doors closed and you cannot turn the thermostat below that according to the sign.
One huge complaint I have is even though we rented for a week, we only got toilet paper and paper towels and garage bags for a few days. This doesn’t make sense and is super inconvenient and a little penny pinching. If I rent for 2 days vs 7, these supplies should also be increased.
