Enhanced Cleaning – All linens and touchpoints are thoroughly disinfected. Check-out is at 10 a.m. to allow extra time for cleaning.
Guest Requirements – Primary guests must be 30+ and responsible for ensuring all guests follow house rules.
Quiet Hours – Respect our peaceful rural setting and neighbors.
No Parties – This home is designed for families, couples, and respectful travelers only.
Security – Exterior cameras act as a deterrent for break-ins or vandalism.

An absolutely incredible space that looks even more beautiful than the photos. Kitchens are so well equipped, space was clean, and couches were so comfy. The sauna was a real highlight for us all. Truly the perfect spot to relax. It’s so quiet, and the rain on the skylight was the best background. We saw many bald eagles and deer which felt magical. Thank you Josie!!!

This property worked fabulously for our family of 6. The 3 levels made it feel like we could all be together but also have space when needed. The views were exceptional, and the nightly visits of the deer and bunny were a joy.

This house is great for large family groups, with multiple floors, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens. We mostly gathered on the main floor but it was nice to be able to spread out, too. The house has a beautiful view of Sooke Basin, and deer stroll through the yard frequently. The host is very responsive to questions. We really enjoyed our stay.
