Getting There
Ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. Inquire about gravel roads if concerned as the road conditions can change. Just 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and a half day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas and Arkansas you have great access for families to connect and gather. International airport is in Kansas City and regional airports are available in Columbia and Springfield.
Location Activities
Amazing activities are available throughout the lake area all year long. The Visitor Convention Bureau and your host offer event information for the time of your stay. For more information on area activities and events, check out the FunLake site offered by or local Visitors & Convention Bureau.
Cancellation Standards: Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.

There were stains on the carpet around the hot tub area. Stains on the carpet in master bedroom Beer bottle caps on window ledge of screen porch by corner of hot tub which I tossed out. There are three lights out on the porch, the one by the door, the motion activation one above the storage door front porch and the solar sensor one by the front door.

The house was very nice. The host was very prompt with communication, and made sure to fix any issues. They had all of the amenities needed to make you feel at home. The home was clean, for the most part. There was heavy dust (caked on) on the fans and some of the walls that could have been wiped off before hand, and dead bugs under the bed along the wall by the hide away bed under the bunk. I did make the host aware of these things after our stay, to which they did thank me.

Me and my friends went for my bachelorette party. It was so beautiful! The views from the front were amazing. It was just as described. Only thing is the driveway is very steep, thankfully we took our jeeps down so didn’t have any issues. But I could see it being an issue for small vehicles if you’re not familiar. Also we left my wedding invitations there and they sent them to us via mail and even sent some t shirts with! We are very happy with our stay and would love to come down again!

House was clean with plenty of space. Quiet neighborhood. Hot tub was excellent after golf rounds. TV options were only downfall. Would stay again.
