Had a good time with family. Location great. Raining so didn't do much outside.
The deck was covered and screened in which was nice, but had not been cleaned all winter. We liked it but table was very dirty. I would of had it clean when the house was going to be occupied.Cleaning team should of cleaned it before we got there. Since we pay 250.00 for service.

Location was excellent for our trip as it was centrally located for our golf trip. Really close to The Oaks course which was very nice. Pool is nearby and places to eat for nightlife like Redheads close by and go of breakfast at the Cozy Cafe. The house was nice and furnished well and comfortable. Has plenty of room with 5 beds and 4 bathrooms. It has an upper and lower deck. Owner was very nice and I felt the value was very good.
The cleaning people could have done a little better. It was clean but found garbage under the bed and some trash outside. For the $177 cleaning fee it could be spotless. Make sure to contact the owner the day before arrival as cell phone coverage can be spotty in the area.

The condo was clean and in a convenient location to pools and golf course. There was plenty of room for my family of five. Overall, great experience!
