Your holiday apartment is on the 3 floor of the housing building. It has only recently been completely renovated when it was equipped with all the modern conveniences you might need for a comfortable stay. The apartment offers a living-/dining area, a modern fully fitted kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom. The bright and airy living area is furnished with four-seater grey colour sofa bed, which can be turned into a bed for 2 children, digital flat screen, a dining table with four chairs.The modern kitchen is complete with a Ceramic cooktop and stylish stainless steel extractor hood, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwace, toaster, electric kettle and even a coffee machine. The bedrooom is furnished with a 140 cm x 200 cm double bed, have bedside tables with reading lamps and wardrobe providing plenty of storage space for your clothes and luggage.The bathroom has a bath and shower, offer a wash basin and wall mirror, hairdryer and a toilet.A bed for a baby also available by previous request. Bed linen, towels and washing machine is offered in your holiday apartment free of charge.The apartment have heating available by charge.

Your holiday apartment is located only about 100 m or approximately a three minute walk from the nearest sandy beach (Praia do Carvoeiro) where you will also find a bakery, groceries, cafes and restaurants.Transfer is possible from/to Faro airport by request with extra charge.
