Comfort, cleanliness, roof terrace and location to the centre of the town.

1. Very poor storage for cloths (very minimal storage at all to hang or place clothing) 2. Loud music until 4am from Karaoke bar below accommodation, if you slept in the front bedroom and was a light sleeper it effected your nights rest as it did to one of our party. 3. Most off putting though was the dog excrement on the terrace below, was being produced on a daily bases(by a very large dog) but in the time we were there (7 nights) it was only cleared twice so the view from the balconies was very unpleasant and due to the heat the smell of excrement was very telling.
