Casa Branco is a modern and stylish 1 bedroom apartment located in centre of Carvoeiro within easy walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. The apartment has access to a large outdoor communal swimming pool.
Despite its town centre location, the apartment is located away from the road and receives very little noise pollution. The apartment is situated on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the communal pool and also has views of undeveloped hillside and the town. The balcony is West facing and receives sunshine throughout the afternoon until sunset and has a retractable awning for those hot summer days. It is also equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy dining alfresco. There is a seating area outside the entrance to the apartment facing East for enjoying the morning sun.
Air conditioning units are fitted in the living room and bedroom. There is also free Wi-Fi, cable TV and a safe to store your valuables.
A cot and highchair are available on request.
Carvoeiro is is a charming, seaside town. Boat trips that explore the coastline and its caves and grottos leave regularly from the town beach. Also during the summer months (June – September), a stage is erected next to the beach in the square and live music is played every night.
The accommodation comprises of entrance hall, open plan living / dining area with sliding doors opening onto the balcony, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom.
The kitchen is fitted with electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. There is a small door off the kitchen that leads to a covered terrace with washing machine.
Tourist tax
Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.

Casa Branco was a lovely place to stay - extremely clean, well equipped and comfortable. The apartment building and the pool area needs some updating and the late night karaoke in Carvoeiro was very noisy but overall we had a really relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Many thanks to all at TLC

The apartment is lovely and really well located near the beach and all the restaurants. The balcony and bedroom overlooks the pool which is very quiet as supposed to being on the street side. Michelle was very quick to respond when we had a small issue with the garage key and got it sorted straight away. I would recommend this place very highly.

Had a pleasant stay at the apartment which is centrally placed in Carviero. Although its close to some of the busiest pubs we couldn't hear much noise. We did have problem with a very strong smell coming from the bathroom. Michelle did send a person to sort it. But unfortunately the smell was still there when we were leaving.
