Te weinig keukengerei, geen melk- of eieren pan. Weinig pannen, weinig bestek, weinig keukendoeken alleen 1 theedoek. Geen schone lakens in 8 nachten. Schoonmaak had beter gekund.

We stayed here for one night at the end of an otherwise wonderful holiday in Portugal. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated, with a huge super king-size bed and a lovely new bathroom. The location by the seafront is great, although guests should be aware that the property is on a very steep street and the apartment is split over two levels with a steep wooden spiral staircase down to the bedroom and bathroom. The stairs are also extremely creaky and noisy, so moving around at night would easily wake anyone sleeping. Unfortunately, our stay was badly affected by major building works taking place in the apartment upstairs/next door. There was scaffolding up, constant loud construction noise throughout our stay and a lot of dust coming into the apartment from the works. We could not properly relax and our sleep was disturbed early in the morning. We were especially disappointed that none of this was mentioned before arrival, as the building work was clearly ongoing and impossible to miss. The agents apologised when contacted, but no compensation or goodwill gesture was offered - which is really poor A few other issues too: the downstairs floor didn’t appear to have been properly cleaned, with dust and hair around, and one of the balconies was covered in cigarette butts, bottle caps and dirt, so we didn’t use it. It’s a shame, because without the building work this could have been a really lovely stay. My advice would be to check whether the construction has finished before booking.
