Very clean, good location (lovely part of the city) once we had worked out the busses, was small but more than adequate for two. Luzern is an expensive city. The COOP in the station open until 10 was very good

The communication was great from those running the property and everything was clean and tidy.
Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short as the property was unsuitable for us. It was a hot week in Lucerne and there was no air conditioning in the property. There was a fan but this wasn’t much help in the extreme heat. The large windows and glass doors only had thin net curtains, which made it difficult to keep the sun and heat out. The property is also overlooked by neighbouring properties and gardens. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property.
