Basic with good location

Location was good, good size

The couch and the bed were very uncomfortable! There was no hand soap in the bathroom or kitchen. Mugs were dirty and cracked/in very poor condition for hot drinks. I contacted the host for hand soap who said they would drop some off but they never did and received no further communication from them. We received multiple messages regarding check out time all before 9:30am despite expected check out of 11am.

Overall, we were pleased with our stay.

The location was great. Walking distance to most of the things we wanted or needed. It was clean. Nice that it had a full kitchen. Great that it had a fan available, as it was quite warm at times.

The bed is very small. We would call it a full-size bed in the U.S. This made it very uncomfortable for the two of us. So we didn’t get a good night sleep at all while there. Also, it needs curtains or some sort of shade on the windows closest to the kitchen. Early morning light comes in and can wake you earlier than you’d like on vacation.

Everything was nice and clean , the staff were helpful , allowed us to check in early .

Everything was great , just one recommendation I know weather is changing badly even Swiss is getting warmer in summers , I think during summer air conditioning or a cooler will be a good option.

Stadt toll Unterkunft nicht toll

Es war viel zu laut! Man konnte nicht schlafen, da die Matratzen unzumutbar waren. Die Handtücher waren eine Frechheit, so alt und dünn wie Leintücher. Der Preis ist viel zu hoch für dieses Apartment. Ausserdem dachten wir, wir hätten ein Hotel gebucht, bis wir kurz vor Abreise bemerkt haben, dass es ein Rbnb war. Das dürfte über Booking.com nicht angeboten werden. Ist eine Frechheit, bei der Wohnungsnot in Luzern, dass sich gewisse Personen mit Rbnb ihr Einkommen massiv verbessern. Gegenüber der Hotellerie ist das eine Frechheit! MfG.

床下有使用過的避孕套，杯子有污漬，雪櫃的生果箱更有污水。一個月前已三次向房東詢問可否提早寄存行李，一直沒有回覆。直至預定日期前三天，發訊息來問到達時間 (不是回覆可否寄存行李)，我回覆是當天0800-0900，同時再問可否寄存行李，回覆是房東嘗試讓我9時進入，沒有提及任何收費。直至抵達當天才提出要收20法朗，我們只能拒絕，並改在規定的入住時間才入住。

乾淨舒適、方便且價格親民

屋況乾淨，周圍安靜。離車站走路6分鐘，有電梯，廚房的設施完備，各種杯子也齊全，有微波爐、冰箱、烤箱、熱水壺、保鮮膜，也有提供茶包已經膠囊咖啡機。但沒有煮菜用的油。空間大，還有提供電風扇。有延長線插座很方便，甚至還有吸塵器。衣架也提供很多可以使用。屋主親切且回應即使。

兩個人睡的話床偏小刀具不夠利
