The villa and facilities were beautiful. The villa was very clean, really new, modern and comfortable. The pool and gardens are spectacular! We loved our stay there. The location is a little out of the way, particularly if you aren't keen on scooters like we are. We found we had to hire a driver every day to get around. The staff were very accomodating though and we loved the onsite cafe and spa. The spa was absolutlely beautiful. It's clear alot of thought has gone into the design of the complex. It's stunning!
Check-in was really clunky and confusing. There's no dedicated reception desk; everything's done through WhatsApp - cleaning requests, etc. A security guard showed us to our room, asked for a selfie with no explanation as to why (??), didn't share the wifi password, handed the keys and left. We had no idea how to contact anyone at the villas or have any internet connection to do so. We had to wait for the cafe to open in the morning and ask a staff member there. Once we had wifi and understood everything happens through WhatsApp, we were off and running. We had a couple of things we needed, such as hand towels (there were only bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash provided - that was a little disappointing, we didn't even have hand towels or kitchen towels). And the pool wasn't vacuumed and had a leak. They did keep topping it up every day for us, though.

The staff were friendly and helpful, KAYU Coffee just steps away was a big plus, and Nara Spa nearby added to the experience. The only downside is that the villa isn’t walkable, so you need a Grab bike or car to get around.
