The property is just amazing. One of the nicest villa in Uluwatu. The swimming pool is just amazing. The localization is really good as well.

The room service food wasn’t really good. It’s better to order from a restaurant by grab.

The pristine and close to nature environment No noise pollution Surrounded by nature overlooking the sea The breakfast selections were obsolutely great and tasty although it is vegan/vegetarian menu Staffs were exceptionally polite, friendly and helpful

The distance from town, but no regret in choosing this place for a peaceful back to nature environment for healing and relaxation The water pressure for shower was low, water heater was slow to heat up

Stunning views, beautiful property, private and secluded

Stunning views! The room was lovely and well appointed, with gorgeous furniture, very spacious. The pool area was fantastic. Thoroughly enjoyed the cold plunge pool. The gym was a wonderful surprise as we weren’t aware of this when we booked the property. The gym is new and has brand new equipment in excellent condition with an enough equipment for a great workout! The gym also has aircon. It is very private and peaceful, staff were amazing when we needed them. The food was exceptional also. We also enjoyed an in room massage which was lovely. We used this accommodation as our first stop in Bali to recover from the flight and to relax and it was perfect for that. We didn’t leave the accommodation which is what we wanted but if you wanted to take the would need a scooter or a driver as it is quite secluded in the hills so you can’t walk from the property. The food and massage is more expensive obviously too but we were ok with that. The property was beautiful and matched the photos! Would definitely stay again.

The toilet downstairs was too high I couldn’t touch the ground. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t very good and the handheld shower head would be good if it was set higher so you could stand underneath it if you wanted to use that one instead of the rainfall.

Unacceptable experience — we paid for a luxury villa but were given an insect-infested room

Extremely disappointing experience.. We spent the first three nights in a room infested with worms — staff were aware and spent the whole day trying to kill them. Only on the third day were we moved to another room. This situation is unacceptable for the price paid, and the property should never have offered that room to guests. No proper response or compensation was provided, which shows a lack of responsibility and customer care. Definitely not the experience we paid for

breakfast was great! love the healthy offerings! had a fantastic stay! The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with stylish interiors and a unique centerpiece bathtub. Service was warm and attentive, and the food was consistently great. Loved the cold and hot plunge experience — and the sunset views were simply breathtaking.

The villa was spacious and clean.

The food was all vegan which I think they should add non vegan menu for people that likes meat and fish. Next time I will not include food in my reservation. Also access to the pool should be right from the villa not to go around especially the villa is facing the pool. Also allowing delivery and transportation to go up the hill as it’s quite tiring to walk up hill.

Very beautiful villa for a relaxing experience

Beautiful view, really clean, very nice design! Yoga class options, which my partner said was amazing, gym facility wasn’t huge but had everything you need for a decent work out, PRANA menu for food looks amazing, we tried pizzas and smoothies, both were delicious 😊

The bathroom in arnada villa was private but the it doesn’t have a window above the sinks near the which allows mosquitos to enter and stay hot during the day, my partners make up was effected. Although the food menu is delicious, we pay almost 40 AUD for two smoothies. You can have food and smoothies delivered for half that price

Room for improvement as only peppermint tea offered no sugar no milk even uht Grass was higher everywhere than most curated properties we have state at . Cleaning staff did absolute minimum we felt Food was average for the price Better quality using Grab delivery app Ironically the owners have noise “rules” …Por favor ….sus Perros ??? and the constant tanker diesel fumes with frequent fresh water delivery ? Dios mio !! No volvemos

Beautiful, relaxing villas! One of my new favourites

This place and the staff were amazing. The location was amazing, close enough to the main area by bike or car but felt like you were far away from all of the business of Uluwatu! The room was beautiful, pool was stunning and we just absolutely loved our stay here! The staff were all so lovely and thoughtful and always there to help if you needed. We were so sad to be leaving but will definitely be back!

Stunning villa with amazing views

Location, Staff, Breakfast, Stunning Views,. The location and views from this peoperty are absolutely stunning. We stayed in Santhi which had 360 view. The infinitybpool was brilliant. Both bedrooms were big with big bathrooms and walk in wardrobes.. The open Kitchen area breakfast bar ans lounge was such a relaxing space. The staff were brilliant service was prompt and using WhatsApp for service is so good. Breakfast was delicious and there is a great choice.

There were no options for any non-vegetarian food however with wellness in mind it was understood and we could use Grab to order whatever food we wanted.

View is fantastic, but no nearby restaurant or shop and need to grab. But grab is convenient. For relaxing is good choice coz is really quiet and far from town. Breakfast is tasty.

No toothbrush and indoor shoe provide, have to wear own slipper around.

The location is perfect as its away from the main road and its very quiet. The Hotel is situated on top of a hill which means beautiful views in the morning and for sunset. The view you get was worth every penny and waking up in the morning and looking out while having your breakfast and coffee makes you not want to leave. The Property is clean and the facility is well maintained. The staff was kind and helpful whenever we needed something. This property is operated like a private villa and is maintained by the staff during office hours (7am-7pm) this means you have full privacy which was exactly what we wanted. The staff will provide you with a whats app number which you use to request for breakfast/lunch or anything you need. Breakfast is served to your villa at the time of your choosing. There is a well maintained espresso machine in the villa. If you want a place with amazing views which is also clean, well maintained private villa I would highly recommend Sunset Hills. I will definitely come back here again.

This hotel is operated more like a private villa which we liked BUT this means that after office hrs (Office hrs are 7am-7pm) there are no staff available for any kind of service. This means no room service when office is closed. If you are checking in after 7pm or earlier that 7am make sure to inform the hotel staff so they can arrange the security guard on duty to help you check in as there will be no one on site when office is closed.

Unfinished Property. Worst Place We've Stayed in Bali.

Staff were pleasant. Location tucked away and quiet.

We stayed in what we were told was the newly completed Surya 1 Bedroom Villa. Looked slick at first glance but 3 minutes in it became obvious it was not ready for guests at all. Construction was shoddy - paint slapped on, light fixtures in the shower half detached, electrical sockets didn't work, floor still felt gritty and dirty and entire place still smelled like cement. Water damage in the guest bathroom. Area under the kitchen sink smelled rank. Poor design - completely glassed up bathrooms meant zero privacy, no bidet which is a first for any property we've stayed in in Bali. Toilets were also fixed weirdly high up on the wall. Loft/duplex design was fine for us but some will find the absence of stair railings dangerous. Several side windows had no curtains and people walking by could look right in. Facilities - pool didn't look like it was being filtered properly. Lawn had dozens of football sized lumps. Half the property was still under construction which added to the feeling that we were rushed into a villa that was plain not ready. All the positive reviews are frankly suspicious but perhaps the older rooms were acceptable. We asked to switch but were told none were available at the time. Lots of potential but alot more work to be done. Under current conditions, this to be should be USD50 a night.

The whole villa was beautiful. Very clean, large, amazing views, great pool. Full kitchen so grab yourself some groceries to cook at the place as they don't have room service.

The staff is all Balinese so you really feel the local Balinese experience. We had the opportunity to do a blessing in the Villa Temple with the staff and they were all so sweet and welcoming. Also the Villa gives a feeling of eternal Peace, you never want to go outside. Well, that happened to us. We are a bit shocked still. Very special place.

There is not much around other than wild vegetation, so we had to drive down 3 minutes to the restaurants and shops... Very close but a good 15min walk.

The Villa is located on Top 🔝 Top of the Uluwatu Hills so the View is impressive. The beds are so confi and le bed linen is the best I have ever slept in. Loved the sound of birds and the Epic Sunset. Hopefully we can come back to Bali and experience again this hidden gem. Thank you!!!

The Ice-Cold Plungge Pool needs about 1 hour to get ice-cold. So I suggest to make a reservation if you want to use the Cold Plunge....

There is a lap pool and a huge exterior Jacuzzi 🔥🔥 overbooking the entire island of Bali and some Java. I have been traveling to Bali for 2 decades and this is one of the few Large extra Hot Jacuzzi's I have found. Truly a relaxing spot for vacation.

No restaurant. You have to make your own food in the kitchen or oder from the restaurants in the area.

The welcome to the villa was fantastic and welcoming. The villa is stunning with the most amazing view and infinity pool. The facilities are excellent and we had everything we needed

although max occupancy was 4 there were only 2 sunbeds. They did bring us another bed but said they weren’t supposed to for safety reasons which we couldn’t understand.
