The location is great, there is a really nice bay just few mins walk.
The distance to the center, restaurants, grocery shops is walkable.
The staff was very welcoming and assisted us with a very late check in due to a delayed flight.
The resort was very peaceful and quiet.
The kitchen is outdated and could have used more cooking utensils. There was very few kitchenware, no proper knife and only a small pan & pot.
The bathtub is outdated and very very narrow, a normal person barely fits.

Nem kértünk reggelit. A környék nagyon barátságos volt,minden elérhető közelségben.
A hangoskodók a közeli apartmanból... Szerencsére csak az utolsó két napon találkoztunk ezzel a problémával.

- the location was ok: between Ayia Napa city center and Nissi Beach
- good air conditioning
- supermarkets were right near the accomodation
On the very first day, when we checked in, I noticed sand on the toilet, which made me feel like it hadn't been cleaned properly. One set of towels also had a very unpleasant smell.
The most upsetting experience was when we returned to the accommodation late one evening around 10:00 PM and found the balcony door and windows wide open. We were staying on the ground floor, and since you can easily enter through the balcony, this felt especially unsafe. I believe the cleaner may have left them open by mistake, but it was quite alarming—especially since there’s no gate, and anyone could potentially enter. I had my MacBook on the table at the time, which made me feel very unsafe. After that incident, we declined any further cleaning services.
Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was very poor. If someone is planning to work remotely from here, I strongly recommend getting an eSIM with mobile data—otherwise, it’s nearly impossible to stay connected.
Note that there is no pool bar around the pool.
