Euronapa Hotel

During our 9-day stay, we felt completely at home. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and our room was clean, comfortable, and appropriate for the hotel’s category. I would especially like to emphasize the consistently positive and helpful attitude of the Euronapa staff. Their professionalism and willingness to assist made a real difference to our stay. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant experience with guests staying at the neighboring hotel. Our balcony was directly opposite the balconies of the neighboring hotel, and it seemed that some of their noisiest guests were accommodated in the rooms directly facing ours. As a result, it was impossible to sleep until around 6:30 in the morning. Our calls to the neighboring hotel during the night were unfortunately unsuccessful. When we personally asked the guests to keep the noise down so that we could sleep, they responded with insults and offensive language. The hotel management kindly offered to change our room and, as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused, provided us with dinner vouchers for two evenings. We truly appreciated this thoughtful response.

The room was on Ground floor, close to the pool. he hotel location is close to the strip and surrounding restaurants and markets, very good. The satff was very friendly, the lifeguard from Bangladesh, was very kind and welcoming (sorry i forgot his name)... the staff at Robinsons was very helpful and the food was great. Once i found a car blocking my car, so Robinson's manager offered to give us a ride in his own car , as i had to reach my boat tour...

The towel hanger is near the toilet seat, i suggest lifting it up a bit away.

Staff were great, room though dated a little was clean and big. Bed was a super king size and very comfortable. Pool was clean and had a bar and a restaurant
