near to the nice small beach, very clean , nice ladies by checking in.
it was very basic. No coffee machine, if you are going to cook in the apartment it wouldn’t be a right choice as there is no enough plates and cooking facilities in it. Air conditioning is extra charge, the balcony faces a very loud street so you can’t sleep with the open windows. All the mentioned points are not the dealbreaker, however the apartment needs a little bit more attention from the managers so the guests feel welcomed.

Apartment very close to beach, wonderful with kids as closest beach is ~ 5/7minute walk. Great amount of small shops around, not far from Nissi beach too (15/20min walking).
There is WiFi but there is not. Literally we were all in one room in the corner trying to load anything, most of the time unsuccessfully. Apparently was very old and outdated, curtains in kitchen need good cleaning, ants all over the kitchen counter, huge cockroach 2nights before we left, a/c only in one room and beds/sofas are absolutely 0 comfort. No cleaning of the rooms was done (bins and towels changed on day 3). Very poor drainage system, came to clogged shower and toilet (was fixed after talking with staff) but when we left, shower drainage was already clogging up again.

The hotel is located just a 5-minute walk from Sandy Beach, which was very convenient. The size of the apartment was quite good and it had been recently renovated
It would have been nice if the staff had been friendlier and more professional. On the first night, we had to call the owner because the air conditioning was not working. Unfortunately, the lady was already upset on the phone, as she said we had woken her up – even though it was only 11:00 p.m. When she arrived, she behaved rather aggressively and was not very polite. In the end, the issue was simply caused by one switch being turned off (there are 25 switches in the apartment). She also slammed the doors quite loudly, although we tried to speak with her calmly.
The kitchen equipment could be improved – only the very basics were provided. Some drawers and corners around the doors were not cleaned properly, as we noticed crumbs and hairs. The beds were quite hard and uncomfortable. Since the apartment is located right next to the street, it was also very noisy at night. In addition, there is a sports field across the street where loud techno music starts at 7:00 a.m. every other day, making it difficult to sleep even with earplugs.
The pool area also seemed very outdated, with broken and damaged sunbeds. The bar remained closed every day, although we were told at check-in that it would open at 5:00 p.m. It’s a pity, as it would have been a nice option for a coffee or snack in the morning or a drink in the evening.
