Apartment was a little smaller than I expected, up 3 flights of stairs with no lift access which would not be suitable for elderly/disabled/pregnant customers.
Hot tub got quite dirty and needed to ask for it to be cleaned/refilled but I did stay over Christmas and new year so not anyone’s fault.

The person was very available when we needed to ask questions
We also loved the jacuzzi!
There were not enough pillows and blankets! No duvet cover...
The blinds have a big gap with the window so the sun woke us up every day!

Location, hot tub, decent apartment.
Unstable internet, no remote for the TV, sewage spilling at the entrance, no cover for smoking outside in the rain.
