Wij werden voor aankomst telefonisch geinformeerd dat alles gereed was, en dat er op onze komst werd gewacht. De kamers zijn basic, maar goed. De airco's werkten geweldig in elke kamer (het was bijna 40 C buiten). Wat betreft locatie, het is niet het meest interessante deel van Budapest, maar de Ubers werken goed daar. Het is om de hoek van een ziekenhuis (waar wij vaak moesten zijn vandaar deze locatie-keuze). Er is een parkeergarage voor 15€ per dag voor je auto. Er zijn supermarkten in de omgeving. Onze contactpersoon deed zijn uiterste best om aan onze wensen te voldoen en was altijd bereikbaar. De wifi werkte goed.
De binnenplaats (waar wij op uitkeken) is een bouwplaats. Het is een rommeltje daar. Ook de parkeergarage is niet best opgeruimd. Het is een basic verblijf, verwacht geen wonderen. Het keukenblok is klein en er is geen TV.
