Impulso Hotel by Mellow Mood Hotels

Nice and clean

Nothing

everything was perfect. Clean and spacious room. Good breakfast, some of them are very delicious and fresh. The staff were welcoming.

Only internet was really bad. But it wont problem for us because I got a very large data package. Location was good but the surrounding area was full of all kinds of people, and there were also many homeless people around. Since we were travelling with a child, we had to plan our days so that we would not return to the hotel late at night.

The staff were warm and friendly, happy to help with good advice and suggestions. Room was clean and spacious, very comfortable with fully adjustable air conditioning. Lovely ensuite facility, as well as a kettle for hot drinks in our room. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide time frame allowing for early or later attendance. Breakfast foods were constantly replenished, which added to an already relaxed atmosphere. We especially appreciated the parking facility, as we're on a tour of Europe. Proximity to Metro, bus and tram lines was very good. What a great 4 star hotel - great value for money.

There was nothing we didn't like!

The staffs were very helpful and nice. The rooms were really spacious. The Breakfast was very delicious and had many varieties. The hotel has a really good connection through Tram and is easily accessible even in night.

We were given 2 rooms. Unfortunately both rooms had weird pungent smell. Specially the room on the 3rd floor had a smell of a drainage and even the corridors had an awfull smell. The staffs provided us with room freshner, however, it was something in the property that was needed to be checked. Unfortunately, the first night was very difficult due to the smell.
