We had a great stay. Everyone in the staff was super kind, the room was clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was very good and had plenty of options. Highly recommend.

Location
WiFi was appalling
We changed room after 2 nights and was slightly better but still not great
They turned the AC off saying it’s cold now, it was 17 September and temperature was 20+
Had very bad night sleep
It should be up to the guest to control temperature not centrally controlled by the hotel.
We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment.
Some of the staff were helpful.
Location is very close to metro and there’s a Lidl close by. Nothing fancy for a four star - a very basic hotel.
