The lobby area and the restaurant/breakfast area was really nice! The staff were excellent and I did like the spa facilities as well even though I hope they freshen it up a bit.
Unfortunately, I was given a rather worn down hotel room the first night (late check in): no safe, no phone, broken refrigerator that smelled of old sausage, old toothpaste from previous guest on the sink and a big stain in the ceiling from an old leak - in general it just looked so worn down (see some pics)
I then requested a different room for the 2nd night which was 10x better. Had I been given that room from the beginning, I’d give the place a higher score. I want to thank both the receptionist and the manager for moving me, but it’s quite disappointing to even be given this room. Could’ve paid a little bit more and lived more central with better facilities.
They were also playing techno music in the spa facilities which feels a bit out of place to listen to when you’re trying to enjoy the sauna 😆
