Clean, good value for money and decent location.
Considerably more positives than negatives, they are just hard to list.
Parking spot sizes are extremely small (don’t expect to fit anything larger than a hatchback or a small coupe/sedan).
The 2-in-1 two story elevator parking mechanism in my opinion is a bad solution. It eats up a decently sized inner courtyard which would be sufficient parking for the complex even without the elevators.
I have never seen a car elevated on it and I visited on an F1 weekend with the hotel being fully booked out.

The staff and how modern it was, how very full of amenities.
Even though it looks far away from metro and tram, the bus and trolley connections run very smoothly, even on Sundays, perfect!
The bedding was bad. Extremely uncomfortable pillows and very heavy covers meant bad sleep.. For people with a bad neck it is a challenge. If they take care of this it will be an absolutely lovely accommodation choice.
There was literally no option to hang the towels in the bathroom. Not one hook, nowhere!!!
No heating/air conditioning option.

Walking distance to many restaurants/cafes.
We went in the middle of summer and it was freezing cold. You cannot control the temperature. The cleaning wasn’t done properly. The pillows are huge and uncomfortable. No place to hang the towels in the bathroom, there is a lot of humidity. The towels and bedsheets are very thin and overused. You can hear the neighbors easily as the walls are very thin.
