    When we arrived to the complex we were unable to get in the door as the owner had no supplied us with the correct way to type in the code. Upon entering the hostel, we then walked upon broken wooden floor slabs to our room which was absolutely filthy. The sheets and towels had hair and dirt on them, there was cobwebs everywhere and the floor was dirty. Luckily the owner did contact the cleaner who came and changed the sheets, but she was incredibly rude about it and supplied one of our party with only a hand towel not a body towel. We then tried to have a shower only for the hot water to run out very quickly. We again contacted the owner who was horribly rude and basically told us we were attacking her personally when all we wanted was a warning that the hot water system ran out quickly. We unfortunately had to stay here for three days, and not once did the shared bathrooms get cleaned, there were hairy bars of soap left in the shower, and one of the shower doors was broken. The other patrons left their rubbish and mess everywhere and there was not enough toilet paper. Do not stay here.
