The bead and breakfast is situated is a very special old building. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. Good breakfast in a cafe nearby.

It’s was cheap. The stuff was nice and friendly
The kettle was rusty inside and had old water. The shower was good and powerful but it was blocked. The shower screen doesn’t close completely so water can spray out.

Location is in centre, close to public transportation. A magnificent ancient palace transformed to apartment house with a couple of rooms used for Budapest Ville Bed and Breakfast. Very quiet place, windows in the courtyard. Big room, high ceilings, big bathroom, good pressure of water. Good bed. Clean, nice room once you manage to get inside.
No staff. Confusing instructions sent by e-mail while travelling. Impossible to print out the message. Message badly formatted like an SMS for smartphone. Entry code explanation flawed. Overheated room, impossible to turn off the heating, had to sleep with open window. Also because of some indelicate previous client smoking in the room. Too few electrical outlets. Television impossible to use. No phone contact for human assistance with entrance code rebus in mail messages, only in the room, when the client no more needs it.

On a budget, this location is close to the city centre if you like walking (~40minutes to the main area with bars/restaurants and sightseeings), if not bus/metro stations are 10 minutes away.
The room was really dirty. Dust everywhere, the bathroom was the worst part - water splashes, black dust and short hairs on the toilet seat, and there were shoe marks on the floor. There was no cleaning done between guests, just (hopefully) changed the sheets and towels.
