Great for a short stay and conveniently located
Ideal location, lovely size, easy check in and check out procedure
£300 deposit before arrival. Understand there has to be some insurance in place and appreciate the value deters people from causing damage or breakages but would like this to be refunded quicker than it currently is. Not sure if everything was cleaned as well as it could’ve been as one of the bedrooms bedsheets had a lingering odour

Clean, tidy and spacious, very happy’
The place was very clean and tidy and spacious, the third bed was quite small but the bed size was okay. The check in time was 3pm and the check out was 10 am, I wish we could stay a bit longer at the place, I should have asked Matthew to extend the time but I didn’t, as he would have let us to stay a bit longer. Communication with Matthew was excellent, he responded it promptly. The area was very quiet and we had a good sleep. Overall we enjoyed it even only for a short time.
