Spacious 3 bed APT sleeps 5 near Bournemouth Beach

Honest review July 2026 (will come again, bear in mind) The third room is small and table not provided so had to move a small stool to be used for an elderly I went with. 2. The bathroom seems to get filled with water on the floor coming out from I guess under the stand alone bath. We had to clean up properly before next person uses it to avoid slippery fall with my two elderly with me. 3. Love the surrounding and nature but lots of spiders , creepy crawlies I don’t enjoy taken pictures of such . 4. Dust slightly found on the bed head rest. 5. The list of tea cups and plates on the guide list is not aligned with what is physically in the kitchen cabinet, which can cause a lot of un trust issues if not careful. But I made a video of what is there. 6. Parking is not that friendly , you will be lucky to get a space in front of your spot, but we were lucky, just to bear that in mind. That’s just main once.

Ideal location, lovely size, easy check in and check out procedure

£300 deposit before arrival. Understand there has to be some insurance in place and appreciate the value deters people from causing damage or breakages but would like this to be refunded quicker than it currently is. Not sure if everything was cleaned as well as it could’ve been as one of the bedrooms bedsheets had a lingering odour
