Sehr gut hat uns die Lage, bzw die Aussicht auf den Wilden Kaiser gefallen. Außerdem waren so Vermieter wirklich sehr sehr nett und haben uns alles ermöglicht. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür.

Clean apartment with stunning view, but missing oven and freezer

We really enjoyed our stay – the apartment was clean, with an amazing view and easy communication with the host.

The downsides were the lack of an oven (although it was mentioned in the listing) and the fact that the fridge had no freezer compartment, which made it difficult to store ice – we had to buy it in packs. The place is located in the higher part of Ellmau, which can be a bit challenging if you’re on foot, but it wasn’t a problem for us as we had a car. Recommendations: it would be great to provide an oven and replace the fridge with a newer one that has a freezer. We would also suggest that the hosts either reduce the requirements at check-out or clearly state them before booking – such as taking out the trash, removing the bed sheets, and collecting the tourist tax while the guests are away.
