perfect in every way

spacious and comfortable apartment. great beds and lots of bedding, large double bedroom plus a twin which I didn’t use. nice shower/bathroom with perfect hot water pressure. well equipped kitchen/breakfast room with a remarkable view to gaze at as you eat breakfast. location is 2 minutes walk from the village centre so peaceful but handy for everything. owners have the perfect balance of attentive but allowing you total privacy.

Very nice house at a very nice location

The house is located perfectly! If there is snow enough then it is almost at the ski slope, one can ski directly from the house. We were there later so we had to use car to get to another cable line parking, but no problem for us. The house is very close to the town Ellmau centre, but at the very quiet place. Mrs. Loy - owner of the house - is perfect lady, she speaks mainly German but she tries also English and she is very kind. Our appartment "Anna" was large, well equiped, clean, 2 bedrooms, one living room, one kitchen and bathroom. Futhermore we could use the skiroom with boot heaters downstairs and fitness room with table tennis, exercise bike, dumbbels and Playstation (4) there with several games! Luxury! We were very happy and we only can recommend. It's a pity that we had only 3 days for our stay at this place.

Well, everything was nice, only the toilet in the same room with bathroom may be inconvenient for large family, we prefer if it is divided into 2 rooms for better efficiency mainly in the morning.

This a perfect place to stay in Ellmau all year around.

Our stay was perfect: great place, great hosts, super cozy and comfortable apartment. There are dishwashing machine, kitchen stuff for those who wants to cook at home, TV, Internet, parking, great terrace. It was also allowed to grill there. There are many hiking, tracking and cycling spots around. We will definitely come back there again.

Few points I wanted to mention: 1. there was no salt and oil there. If one comes for just couple of days and want to cook something, one have to buy all that. 2. Somehow Internet is turned off at nights between 1am and 6 am. I got up at 5am and could not use TV or internet itself, little bit annoying.

Was fijne plek. Aardige mensen. Prijs vond ik best prijzig

- Begane grond. ( niet veel trappen op ) - verwarmde schoenenrek - locatie was top voor kids - heerlijke bedden

- Wc in de badkamer ( vrij kleine badkamer ) - skies / snowboard kwijt weer in een andere ruimte ( naast de auto , toch wel spannend ) - geen oventje

Eine erfreuliche, angenehme Unterkunft bei freundlichen Gastgebern.

Besonders hat uns das freundliche Gastwirtspaar gefallen. Herr Loy und seine Frau waren uns sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnung ist geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Sie liegt günstig zum ersten Skischlepplift gelegen. Zum Bäcker sind es nur etwa 200 m. Gut war auch, dass man seine Skier in der Garage abstellen und die Skischuhe im Keller auf Heizbügel hängen kann.

Die Mischerbatterie der Dusche funktionierte nicht optimal. Die Wassertemperatur schwankte zwischen sehr heiß und kalt. Das ist aber wirklich nur ein kleiner Kritikpunkt.

Schnuckelige Wohnung mit Terasse und Parkplatz am Dorfende

Die Lage ist super. Zentral in Ellmau und doch abseits. Fußläufig alles im Dorf binnen weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, hat aber alles an Einrichtung und Utensilien, die man benötigt und eine kleine Terrasse. Ein Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden.

Alles!!! Leute! Wir sind so begeistert nur zu empfehlen! Wunderbare Gastgeber, hilfsbereit und sehr engagiert und herzlich,,alles vor Ort und zu Hand! Über Sauberkeit möchte ich nicht sprechen escwar alles wie geleckt! Man konnte von Fußboden essen! Von Badezimmer über die Küche bis zum Schlafraume alles toll. Die Räume sind nicht unheimlich groß aber ausreichend und aber hej wir sind hier nur zum schlafen gekommen und nicht in der Wohnung zu sitzen!Wenn man schon in so wunderschönen Land ist man muss das auskosten und der frische Luft schnappen wollen nicht in die 4 Wände zu sitzen! Ort Ellmau super und das Unterkunft Hammerer nur zu empfehlen!!! Danke Liebe Familie und schöne Grüße! Hoffentlich bis bald! Lg.Kruse

Großzügiges 3 Zimmer-Appartement in sehr zentraler Lage mit einer guten Ausstattung und vielen Extras (z.B. Infrarotsauna, Tischtennis und hochwertiger Fitnessanlage). Tolle Lage, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter

Da fällt mir Nix ein… Vielleicht, um es perfekt zu machen noch flachere Kopfkissen optional vorhalten, aber das ist eh Geschmackssache.
