L’hôte a été très arrangeant pour l’heure de récupération des clés. Nous le remercions. La literie est de très bonne qualité. La climatisation silencieuse. Dans la cuisine : confitures, café, boissons au frais étaient à disposition. Nous avons utilisé la machine à laver, bien appréciable pour notre City trip en Italie. Appartement cosy, au calme, au quatrième étage avec ascenseur. La Spezia permet d’accéder facilement au train pour découvrir les Cinque Terre. La ville est vivante et facile pour se déplacer avec les bagages.

An absolutely rude host who lectured us for 15 minutes because he thought we were late. The check-in was listed from 3:00 to 5:00 PM, and we arrived at 5:00 PM. But the host simply expected us at 4:00 PM. He stood there and lectured my wife and me, which is completely unacceptable behavior toward people of our age. We were late for a simple reason: we were looking for parking. Although the apartment details say they have parking, there is no parking at all.
