The interaction with the host.
Airport transfers, travel recommendations and answering all our questions very nicely and patiently at all hours.
We had a cleaning issue on the first day which was promptly fixed by a crew that came especially.
Location was prime and suited our needs.
Vegan options in the breakfast.
