Incredible service and communication attention from Marina. Before arriving to Napoli, she arranged for car service to pick us up at airport and bring us to hotel. The hotel let us store luggage since we arrived so early... then sent me a message to let me know Antonella prepared our room - which was way before the normal check-in time. Marina's explanation and instructions for self-check-in and where to have breakfast was easy to understand.
The room was small, but fine for our use since we were out exploring all day. We had a balcony with table and chairs, and a clean bathroom with excellent shower.
The location was great for us... but FYI it is a bit of a walk from the Napoli Centrale train station if you plan on using that.
