The apartment was very nice, comfortable and clean. The location is amazing too. Host was very friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay

Great location, special beautiful room and amazing people taking care of us. Parking paid, but super convenient and discounted.

There were two staff members who were really helpful and friendly. The one didn't speak any English but still managed to be helpful and welcoming. The other staff member did speak English and he was really helpful in showing us where to go to get some good food and where to visit etc
The was one staff member who was completely rude and unfriendly, he made us and our fellow guests uncomfortable and not welcome. He was bitter and very impatient. You should think about not allowing him to deal with your guests.
