Overall Appartamento La Terrazza is pretty nice.
The studio itself feels bright and modern — clean lines, natural light, and a layout that works well for a couple or a short break. It's a compact space, but it's well put together and doesn't feel cramped. There's a terrace which, from the look of it, would be a real highlight in better weather. Unfortunately we were hit with pretty much non-stop rain during our stay, so we never actually got to use it — just our luck! We can only imagine how lovely it must be on a sunny day though, especially this close to Lake Iseo.
Now, the host — genuinely one of the most responsive and thoughtful we've come across in a long time. The WiFi box wasn't working when we arrived, and he personally came by with a replacement without any fuss. We also casually mentioned we'd find a microwave handy, half-expecting a polite "sorry, we don't have one" — instead, he actually sent one over. That kind of effort is rare and really appreciated.
The location, the terrace — rain permitting! — and above all the host's willingness to go the extra mile make this one easy to recommend.
We'd happily come back, hopefully next time with better weather.
A couple of honest observations though: the kitchen is on the minimal side for a studio. Fine for breakfast or light meals. The living area also feels like it hasn't quite found its footing yet — there's enough space for a proper couch setup, but the current layout doesn't fully take advantage of it, leaving the room feeling slightly incomplete.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place. Due to a system issue with the original booking, we were upgraded to a different apartment. It didn’t have the amazing terrace we initially booked, but the apartment itself was very new, big, beautiful, modern, and comfortable.
There were small issues with Wi-Fi and heating at the beginning because of the unexpected apartments switch, but everything was resolved quickly enough. The Wi-Fi ended up being very fast and reliable. The surroundings and the view are truly amazing, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere.
We also had an issue with our car battery when we were leaving, and Kevin (the host) was incredibly helpful—he assisted us and even checked in after we left to make sure we got home safely. That level of care is very much appreciated.
Overall, a great stay, and we would happily recommend this place.
One small suggestion: many reviews mention the same thing about missing basics like coffee, tea, salt, etc. The apartment is fantastic, and adding these little details would make the stay truly outstanding.

Ausblick, Küche gut, Lage ist super, Supermärkte und Lokale in direkter Nähe, einfache Anfahrt.
Zu wenig Möglichkeiten etwas aufzuhängen im Bad, Warmwasser im Badwaschbecken ist kalt und hat keinen Druck, Der Raum ist kleiner als angegeben, da die Terrasse mit angerechnet wird, Terrasse ist laut wegen der Straße, Zugang ist verwinkelt und mit vielen Stufen, Parkplätze sind nicht immer vor der Unterkunft frei, Lichter im Wohnraum sind nur komplett dunkel
