Amazing view and host!

Super host and super view! You book this place for the terrace, the view is pretty much unbeatable. Anita was a super host, great communication and tips. She even helped take us on some wine tours for 8 friends! The bed was super comfy and the apartment as per the photos. There isn't much room to "chill" in the apartment but you stay here to chill on the terrace, it's huge and lovely! About a 10 minute walk into Paratico and Sarnico. Easy to park on the street (free).

No major issues but the terrace faces the lake and the small road leading in and out of Paratico, it means that on the terrace in the evenings you do have some noise from the road since everything else is so silent. Also there was a dog barking every morning somewhere in the area, but nothing major at all. It's a bit on the expensive side, since only a couple can stay here, but the terrace and view is well worth it!

Exceptional

Arvostelu Lake View Terrace We booked a one-room apartment Lake View Terrace in Paratico for three nights. We came by bus from Bergamo to Sarnico (bus stop Sarnico municipio). The walk would have been approx 20 minutes but the hostess Anita was very kind to offer to pick us up from the bus stop with car because the weather was so hot and we had luggage. Overall, she was very helpful and replied to whatsapp messages quickly. The room was very nice and clean and like in pictures. The bed was comfy. The air conditioning worked well. The hostess had even gotten us an iron as I had asked beforehand if there was one. The breakfast (small, Italian style) had been brought in beforehand. The best thing about this apartment was the big terrace with the most beautiful view to the lake and mountains! There were sun chairs and table with chairs on the terrace. The location of this accommodation worked very well for our needs. It’s about three minute walk to lake shore (and even a place to swim and sunbathe). There were many bars and restaurants near. Also near were for example a grocery store and a pharmacy. The area in Paratico and Sarnico by lake is very beautiful The checkout time that was informed beforehand was by 10 but we were given the opportunity to stay until 12 which was friendly. We can certainly recommend this accommodation!

The breakfast.It was butter,jam,10 crackers and 6 store bought croissants,a bottle of milk and a bottle of juice.That's 2 persons for a 5 day stay.It should not be mentioned and included in the price for the apartment.

Es war großartig!

An erster Stelle ist natürlich die Terrasse mit der schönsten Aussicht zu nennen! Ich mochte auch die Tatsache, dass die Apartments auf 99 Prozent von allem hatte, was nützlich sein könnte! Ich sollte auch erwähnen, dass ich erstaunt war, als ich das sehr alte Zepter-Geschirr sah. Da ich gerne koche, mochte ich dieses Kochgeschirr. Ich habe AMC Geschirr zu Hause, ansonsten ist alles Super! Wir werden wieder kommen!

Nicht, dass es mir nicht gefallen hätte, es ist nicht bequem, so würde ich es beschreiben, der Parkplatz und die Treppe nach oben. Und die erste Tür lässt sich nicht sehr bequem öffnen.

Prima

Het uitzicht over het meer was heel erg mooi. Er was een mooi ruim balkon waar je heerlijk kan relaxen met een geweldig uitzicht. Het meer en stadje waren op loop afstand en in het meer kon heerlijk worden gezwommen. Er stond een lekkere wijn voor ons klaar in de koelkast. Parkeren was op straat, maar daar was voldoende plek.

Wij waren er 10 nachten wat af te raden is. Misleidend aan de advertentie dat er airco aanwezig is, want die kan niet lager dan 25 graden en gaat uit bij inactiviteit. Na enigszins vervelend contact met de beheerder konden we dit echter zelf programmeren naar een lagere temperatuur. Er waren geen gordijnen waardoor de luiken ‘s nachts dicht moesten en er geen frisse lucht binnen kon komen. Er loopt een drukke weg voor het balkon langs (onderschat dit niet) waar vooral rond de spits geluidsoverlast van is. Binnen is wit tl licht wat niet heel gezellig licht is. Beheerder is vriendelijk wanneer er geen kritiek is.

Der Lago d‘Iseo ist eine Reise wert und die Unterkunft ein guter Ausgangspunkt.

Große Terrasse mit schönem Blick auf den See. Sehr gut klimatisiert, Parkplatz auf der Straße vor der Unterkunft, sehr freundliche Gastgeberin.

Die Hauptstraße des Ortes ist schon recht laut, stört aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern und Türen nicht.

Iseosee ist eine Reise wert!

Die Lage war sehr gut, man konnte alles zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad erreichen. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist wunderschön, da ignoriert man sogar den Straßenlärm. :) Wir sind sogar um den ganzen See geradelt ohne E-Bike, kann es nur empfehlen. Man entdeckt tolle Plätze und wunderschöne Radwege. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Toller Urlaub

Der große Balkon mit dem tollen Blick auf den See ist das absolute Highlight. :) Das Apartment hat einen schönen Wohnraum und vor allem eine leise Klimaanlage. Die Lage ist perfekt, da zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten am Badestrand und den schönen Städten Paratico und Sarnico. Vorm Apartment kann man kostenlos parken und es gab immer freie Plätze. Anita ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und vor allem sehr aufmerksam.

Die Nähe der Straße, da man doch den Lärm etwas hört. Aber für den Ausblick muss man es in Kauf nehmen.
